Scheme Designer

4. Accurate understanding of functional requirements and graphic layout, with a high standard of control over spatial scale and proportion aesthetics.

5. Excellent communication and hand drawing skills, proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, 3D Max, etc.

6. Ability to independently complete scheme renderings is preferred.

7. Diploma or above in interior design or related majors.

Senior Construction Drawing Detailing Designer

1. Open-minded to new thought patterns, proactive in cooperation, possessing strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.

2. Rich experience in five-star hotels, villas, model rooms, clubhouses, sales offices, luxury homes, etc.

3. Excellent ability and experience in construction drawing drafting and external communication and coordination, proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, etc.

4. Familiar with construction process and craftsmanship, able to optimize details from a design perspective, and deepen construction drawings.

5. Major in interior design or related fields, with a diploma or above, and at least five years of professional work experience.

Soft Furnishing Material Designer

1. Major in interior design or related fields, with at least an associate degree or above.

2. Rich experience in five-star hotels, villas, model rooms, clubhouses, sales offices, luxury homes, etc.

3. Open-minded to new thought patterns, proactive in cooperation, possessing strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.

4. Able to seek inspiration from diverse sources, innovate boldly in design, and meticulously consider details for implementation.

5. Proficient in various types of decorative materials, their characteristics, and appropriate application methods, with a certain understanding of decorative engineering construction technology.

6. Mastery of basic ergonomics, accurate understanding of material dimensions and proportions, keen grasp of color, texture, and current trends.

7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, proficient in design software such as Photoshop, Power Point, AutoCAD, CorelDraw, InDesign, etc.

8. Possessing abundant resources of relevant product manufacturers or distributors, with experience in independent operation and customization procurement of soft furnishings and accessories is preferred.

Design Assistant

1. Open-minded, receptive to new thought patterns, proactive in cooperation, possessing a strong sense of responsibility, and a team spirit.

2. Able to seek inspiration from diverse sources; have a basic understanding of graphic layout and function, and possess keen observation skills for spatial scale and proportion aesthetics.

3. Excellent communication and expression skills, as well as basic hand drawing skills; proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Max, etc.

4. Experience in high-end project design such as five-star hotels, clubs, sales offices, luxury homes, villas, model rooms, etc.

5. Ability to independently complete renderings or experience in FF&E and soft furnishing design is preferred.

6. Willing to work hard and adapt to overtime during special periods to meet project deadlines.

7. Bachelor's degree or above in interior design or related majors.

Rendering Designer

1. A diploma or above in art design or related majors, with a good sense of aesthetics, a solid understanding of composition, materials, colors, and lighting, as well as unique presentation techniques.

2. Rich experience in five-star hotels, villas, model rooms, clubhouses, sales offices, luxury homes, etc.

3. Open-minded to new thought patterns, proactive in cooperation, possessing a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.

4. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Capable of accurately understanding and grasping the essence and concept of design extension, skilled in communication.

5. Proficient in computer rendering, familiar with applications such as AutoCAD, 3DMAX, VRay, Photoshop, and other relevant computer software. Proficient in various modeling, rendering, and presentation techniques, able to independently and efficiently produce high-quality computer renderings.

6. Highly responsible, able to handle pressure, with good professional ethics, meticulous and responsible in work, possess team awareness and dedication, strong self-management and cost consciousness.

7. Willingness to work hard and adapt to overtime during special periods to meet project deadlines.
